Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all quotations and services provided by SIMASH LTD.

1. Estimates & Acceptance

All estimates are valid for 30 days. Work commences once the estimate has been accepted in writing or via email.

2. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Warranty

Labour is warranted for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied parts and equipment.

4. Liability

SIMASH LTD’s liability for loss or damage shall not exceed the invoice value of the relevant work, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
